We are based in Bristol, serving the City of Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire areas.

Our services are available to Individual Home Owners, Landlords and Social Housing. HIP providers as well as the Property Industry.

Property Energy Assessment was founded by Prakash Brinicombe, a fully licenced and accredited Energy Assessor, with 30 years experience in the construction industry. 

If you wish to proceed with a home inspection for either a Home Information Pack or an Energy Performance Certificate, we have made the process as easy as possible; just follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us to request a HIP or EPC - see "Contact Us" page.

2. We complete the simple Pre-inspection Questionnaire: which we can email to you to be completed at your leisure or we can fill this out over the phone. This is to ensure we cover everything necessary prior to the home inspection enabling us to provide the best and most efficient service possible.

3. We will arrange a suitable appointment for the home inspection.

Completion of the form, and a request for a home insection will require acceptance of the Terms and Conditions - see "Terms and Conditions" page.
